Bigfoot Expedition - Day 1

I arrived in the Pacific Northwest last night and stayed at a quaint bed and breakfast. The place reminds me of my aunt's house where I used to stay when I was young, except my aunt doesn't live here and I don't like it quite as much.

I woke to the aroma of zucchini bread (not as good as my aunt's) wafting from the kitchen and joined my host at her breakfast table. She handed me coffee and asked what I was in town for.

"I'm a cryptozoologist."

She told me that people of my profession have ventured here before. I asked her if they had mentioned any sightings, and she said, "I don't think so, Dear. But my brother Tommy swears to this day he once saw Bigfoot roaming the forest while he was out hunting."

WHAT LUCK! Of course, I was beside myself, and asked her for all the details. She was able to describe the general location of the forest where the sighting occurred, and so I'm headed out there tonight to set up camp.
